1. Services: Self-growth Training

We offer personalized coaching sessions, workshops, and training programs focused on self-growth and personal development. You may reschedule sessions up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional charge. Full refunds, minus a 5% administrative fee, are available for cancellations received at least 7 days before the service date. Cancellations made between 2 and 7 days before the date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds or credits are available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session. Once a service has commenced, it is considered fully delivered and non-refundable.

2. Info Products

Our digital products, including e-books, online courses, and downloadable materials, are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted or content has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We'll work to resolve the issue; if it remains unresolved, a refund may be granted at our discretion.

3. Goods

We may offer physical products such as branded materials or merchandise. Physical goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 14 days of receiving the items back in our facility.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. Alternatively, you may opt to receive credit toward future services in lieu of a monetary refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must comply with the specific notice periods described under each service type.

5. No-Refund Justification

Certain premium and bundled coaching programs are non-refundable due to the allocation of specialized resources and personalized planning involved. These products and services are clearly marked at the time of purchase as final sale. We recommend reading all purchase details carefully before completing your order.
